We no longer look at 'traditional' applicants. No, we're going to zoom in on the whole spectrum of work. Which people can perform which tasks at a given time. And which cross scenarios can we all create with that? Normally, the conversation is about applicants who can immediately fill a vacancy (the AA intake).
