We tell how Revvy, increased the number of reviews and increased the recognition on Yandex Maps of the consultative and diagnostic center "URO-PRO".
The Revvy service provides services to promote local business: increases the rating on geoservices, increases brand awareness, forms a channel of communication with customers and creates an effective system for collecting client reviews. Positive reviews have a positive effect on the reputation of the company. This leads to attracting new customers and increasing sales.
Consultative and diagnostic center "URO-PRO" is located in Krasnodar. The clinic employs international doctors, equipment of the last generations. Treatment is carried out in the following areas: urology, proctology, gynicology, urogenetics, sexology, dermatology, neurology and others.
In November 2023, the URO-PRO center turned to us to increase awareness among customers, to establish a system for collecting reviews and increase the rating on geoservices. The center has 3 branches and we work with everyone.

What's they done?
1. We have chosen a powerful shopify website design tool for business management – 1C:CRM, which allows you to track trades, improve customer service, automate sales, monitors and interacts with customers.
2. To work with reviews, the Revvy service was chosen.
How did Revvy adjust the feedback collection system?
After visiting the clinic, patients were sent messages to WhatsApp with a request to assess the quality of service and treatment, diagnosis.

If the score is below four points, the system automatically notified the administrator. In the future, he contacted the client to clarify the reason for the low assessment. Different options were offered to resolve the situation. This also allowed to return dissatisfied customers.
When the score is high, the algorithms of the system automatically send the patient a reference to a review in Yandex Maps or 2GIS.
What results have been obtained?
For 4 months sent 4199 requests for feedback.
Receandd 1440 ratings, of which 556 left reviews in geoservices:
90 reviews - on 2GIS;
156 reviews – on Yandex Maps;
310 ratings - on Yandex Maps.
3. Card recognition increased by 15.95%.
4. The rating on Yandex Maps increased before the estimate 5.0
